​Zucchini Pasta with Avocado Pesto

Use a spiralizer to create noodles with 1 large (or 2 small) zucchini
Blanch Zucchini and let dry

Pesto
In a mixer:
1/2 avocado
2 TBS LC Original 
1TBS Olive Oil
1/4 walnuts
Large handful of fresh Basil

Blend until smooth. 

Toss the Pesto with the noddles.  
Top with Feta cheese
