Little Creek Dressing
Slice the kale into 1/4-inch thin strips
Combine the kale with a drizzle of oil (of choice) and salt.
With your hands, massage the kale for approximately 3 minutes, until kale softens.
Toss with the lemon juice and grated cheese and add tomatoes
Add dressing to taste

CAESAR SALAD + ROASTED TOMATOES
1 bunch kale (with ribs removed)
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup of roasted cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Dressing to taste
