Haricot Vert with toasted almonds & carrots
Blanch Hericot Verts.
Chop a handful of almonds and roast in a pan until lightly toasted.
Dice 1/2 small carrot.
Toss the carrots, haricot vests and toasted almonds with 2 TBS of LC Original
Season with Salt and Pepper
Serve cold
