Cut yams into 1/4 cubes and toss yams in Original dressing in large bowl.
Add salt and pepper for seasoning
Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Roast yams for approximately 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until lightly brown and tender.
Once yams and quince have been cooked, divide all the ingredients evenly into bowls. Drizzle our Original dressing over the top(to desired taste)and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and cilantro for garnish.
