BURRATA PLATTER

Cherry Balsamic

Instructions:

1. Assemble the tomatoes, pear slices, pomegranate seeds and burrata on a platter. 
2. Sprinkle with salt, then drizzle with cherry balsamic dressing. 
3. Top with the fresh oregano.
4. Serve with toasted bread, Enjoy!

• 1 ball of fresh burrata
• 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes 
• 3 pears
• 1/2 pomegranate 
• 2-3 Tbsp Cherry Balsamic Dressing 
• Salt to taste ​
