Little Creek Dressing
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Heat the olive oil in a big saucepan, and add the chopped garlic cloves and chilli flakes. Cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
Add tomato paste, maple syrup and the remaining spices, stir well to combine and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes or passata and bring to a simmer.
Drain and wash the beans and add them to the pan, add Okanagan’s Original Dressing and stir well.
Transfer to an oven safe dish/plate and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Right before serving, gently stir in the chopped parsley and rosemary. Enjoy!
2 small cans navy or cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed well
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
